The 'La Bufa' project is composed of 90 towers installed in an area larger than 11 thousand hectares, between the municipalities of Zacatecas, Guadalupe, Genaro Codina and Villanueva. It has 65 wind turbines with 2 MW of power each, totalling an output of 130 MW.

With the operation of this wind farm, the reduction of carbon dioxide will be 274 thousand tonnes per year, an action that will benefit the environment.
