The Code of Conduct constitutes the express and formal declaration of the values, principles and patterns of behaviour that should govern the conduct of the Entities and people that are members of ERSI Group.
This Code, approved by the Group's Board of Directors, it is the basis and foundation of the Group's Compliance and Criminal Prevention Model, and expect to guide its employees in the development of their activities and performance of their functions, likewise in their employment, business and professional relations with clients, shareholders, suppliers, external collaborators, public institutions and the community in general.
