Expansion of Rodman Port

ERSIGROUP carried out prefabrication of reinforcing steel reinforcements (mobilisation, manufacture, cut and bend), prefabrication and assembly of piles, capitels, slabs and preslabs

The work involves the construction of 800 metres of dock and the installation of eight  superpospanamax gantry cranes and 12 RTG cranes. All this will allow us to load and/or unload two mega-ships simultaneously. The depth of the terminal will be increased dredging four million cubic metres of material

The ports of Panama are among the most important in the world and it is expected to increase the volume of ships that pass through them after completion of the works of the Panama Canal

The capacity of the terminal will be expanded to 2 million TEU
