Construction and operation of a multi-purpose north terminal of the Port of Callao

The Port of Callao is considered the most important port in Peru and one of the largest in the Pacific in South America, in Lima. The project includes the renovation of Dock 11 (280 metres long), and the northern part of Dock 5 (560 metres long), which will enable the arrival of larger vessels

The works consisted in demolition of the existing piles in the old dock part, construction of new docks on steel piles, demolition of all buildings and old pavements and new construction of the infrastructure of services, pavements and buildings for different uses

The extension works allowed going from a capacity of five hundred thousand containers to one million containers per year
