we guarantee consistency between design, machinery and processes, avoiding bottlenecks and enabling modular implementations.
Proprietary IT control system
we develop and integrate internal software that manages production, stock, traceability and certifications in real time, connecting all areas: sales, engineering, production, logistics and project management.
Over the last 15 yeras, ERSIGROUP has designed and commissioned more than 15 fixed industrial plants in Europe, America and Africa, with capacities ranging from 5,000 to 650,000 tonnes per year.
In addition to fixed plants, ERSIGROUP has developed ad hoc production workshops tailored to large infrastructure, port and energy projects in countries such as Mexico, Panama, Senegal, Peru and Saudi Arabia, with capacities of up to 25,000 tonnes per year.
Our logistics experience includes more than 750 machines shipped and more than 600 international containers managed, guaranteeing speed, control and global technical support.
