Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u afin d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer de mani\u00e8re globale le syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;assainissement de la capitale gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la r\u00e9habilitation, \u00e0 l&rsquo;extension et \u00e0 la modernisation du r\u00e9seau d&rsquo;\u00e9gouts sanitaires, ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 la construction de nouvelles installations de traitement capables de r\u00e9duire significativement les rejets polluants dans le milieu r\u00e9cepteur et de restaurer la qualit\u00e9 environnementale de la Baie de Panama<span aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchor\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"815\" data-end=\"1528\">Le projet a permis d&rsquo;augmenter la capacit\u00e9 de traitement de la station de <strong data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"901\">2,2 m\u00b3\/s<\/strong>, portant ainsi la capacit\u00e9 totale du syst\u00e8me m\u00e9tropolitain d&rsquo;assainissement \u00e0 <strong data-start=\"980\" data-end=\"992\">4,4 m\u00b3\/s<\/strong>. Les travaux comprenaient la r\u00e9alisation de nouvelles structures en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 destin\u00e9es au pr\u00e9traitement, \u00e0 la d\u00e9cantation, aux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s biologiques, aux canaux hydrauliques, aux bassins, aux stations de pompage ainsi qu&rsquo;aux b\u00e2timents techniques, en compl\u00e9ment du renforcement et de l&rsquo;extension du r\u00e9seau d&rsquo;assainissement et des infrastructures associ\u00e9es. La nature hydraulique des ouvrages imposait des exigences particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, de durabilit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9sistance aux environnements fortement agressifs<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"2199\">Du point de vue des armatures, le projet a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 la fabrication industrialis\u00e9e d&rsquo;armatures destin\u00e9es aux fondations profondes, aux pieux de fondation pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s, aux radiers de grande surface, aux voiles, aux bassins, aux canaux hydrauliques, aux ouvrages de traitement et aux b\u00e2timents annexes. La forte r\u00e9p\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments structurels a permis la mise en \u0153uvre de proc\u00e9d\u00e9s avanc\u00e9s d&rsquo;optimisation des armatures, de rationalisation des d\u00e9bits et de pr\u00e9fabrication industrielle, am\u00e9liorant significativement la productivit\u00e9 tout en garantissant une excellente pr\u00e9cision dimensionnelle et un contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 rigoureux durant toutes les phases de r\u00e9alisation<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2201\" data-end=\"2879\"><strong data-start=\"2201\" data-end=\"2214\"><span style=\"color: #0a626c;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">ERSIGROUP<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la <strong data-start=\"2232\" data-end=\"2329\">fourniture, \u00e0 la fabrication et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9fabrication d&rsquo;environ 4 500 tonnes d&rsquo;acier d&rsquo;armature<\/strong>, y compris la fabrication de <strong data-start=\"2359\" data-end=\"2394\">pieux de fondation pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s<\/strong>, en d\u00e9veloppant des solutions d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie destin\u00e9es \u00e0 optimiser les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de fabrication, de transport et de montage des armatures. L&rsquo;int\u00e9gration entre l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie de d\u00e9tail, la fabrication industrielle et la planification logistique a permis d&rsquo;assurer un approvisionnement continu des diff\u00e9rents fronts de travaux, garantissant des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de productivit\u00e9, une tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 compl\u00e8te des mat\u00e9riaux et le respect des d\u00e9lais
