Cette infrastructure a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour relier <strong data-start=\"312\" data-end=\"364\">la Ville de Panama \u00e0 la province de Panama Oeste<\/strong>, en franchissant le Canal de Panama au moyen d\u2019un nouveau pont ferroviaire, afin d\u2019offrir une solution de transport collectif \u00e0 grande capacit\u00e9 pour l\u2019un des corridors urbains connaissant la plus forte croissance du pays. La ligne s\u2019\u00e9tend sur environ <strong data-start=\"616\" data-end=\"627\">24,5 km<\/strong>, comprend <strong data-start=\"638\" data-end=\"653\">14 stations<\/strong> et a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue selon un syst\u00e8me de <strong data-start=\"690\" data-end=\"702\">monorail<\/strong>, technologie retenue pour sa grande capacit\u00e9 de transport, sa fiabilit\u00e9 et son adaptation aux contraintes urbaines et g\u00e9otechniques du trac\u00e9<span aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchor\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"884\" data-end=\"1669\">La quasi-totalit\u00e9 du trac\u00e9 est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur des <strong data-start=\"932\" data-end=\"957\">viaducs en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9<\/strong>, constituant un syst\u00e8me structurel fortement r\u00e9p\u00e9titif compos\u00e9 de fondations profondes, de pieux de grand diam\u00e8tre, de colonnes en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9, de chev\u00eatres pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s, de poutres-portiques et de tabliers. L\u2019industrialisation de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments structurels s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e essentielle pour maintenir les cadences \u00e9lev\u00e9es exig\u00e9es sur les nombreux fronts de travaux ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s simultan\u00e9ment. Le projet int\u00e8gre \u00e9galement des solutions innovantes telles que l\u2019utilisation de <strong data-start=\"1423\" data-end=\"1485\">barres en polym\u00e8re renforc\u00e9 de fibres de verre (PRFV\/GFRP)<\/strong> dans certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments structurels, am\u00e9liorant la durabilit\u00e9 et les performances de l\u2019ouvrage dans des environnements particuli\u00e8rement agressifs<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1671\" data-end=\"2411\">Du point de vue des armatures, la Ligne 3 repr\u00e9sente l\u2019un des plus importants projets internationaux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par <span style=\"color: #0a626c;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">ERSIGROUP<\/span><\/b><\/span>. L\u2019entreprise assure la fabrication industrialis\u00e9e des armatures destin\u00e9es aux pieux, colonnes, chev\u00eatres, poutres-portiques et autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments structurels majeurs, en mettant en \u0153uvre une strat\u00e9gie de pr\u00e9fabrication ayant permis d\u2019industrialiser environ <strong data-start=\"2054\" data-end=\"2078\">86 % de la structure<\/strong>. Le haut degr\u00e9 de standardisation des \u00e9l\u00e9ments a facilit\u00e9 l\u2019optimisation des armatures, la rationalisation des d\u00e9bits ainsi qu\u2019une planification logistique avanc\u00e9e, garantissant un approvisionnement continu parfaitement synchronis\u00e9 avec l\u2019avancement simultan\u00e9 des diff\u00e9rents fronts de chantier<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2413\" data-end=\"3403\"><strong data-start=\"2413\" data-end=\"2426\"><span style=\"color: #0a626c;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">ERSIGROUP<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0est charg\u00e9 du <strong data-start=\"2441\" data-end=\"2567\">cisaillage, du fa\u00e7onnage, de la fabrication, de la pr\u00e9fabrication et du montage d\u2019environ 70 000 tonnes d\u2019acier d\u2019armature<\/strong>, ainsi que de la fabrication de <strong data-start=\"2600\" data-end=\"2639\">21 000 tonnes de pieux pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s<\/strong> et de <strong data-start=\"2646\" data-end=\"2730\">17 000 tonnes de chev\u00eatres, colonnes, consoles et poutres-portiques pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s<\/strong>. Parmi les \u00e9l\u00e9ments les plus remarquables figurent des <strong data-start=\"2786\" data-end=\"2851\">pieux pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s atteignant 2,35 m de diam\u00e8tre et 44 tonnes<\/strong>, dont la fabrication, le transport et le levage ont n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement de solutions sp\u00e9cifiques d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie et de logistique. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019industrialisation des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de production, <strong data-start=\"3043\" data-end=\"3056\">ERSIGROUP<\/strong> a atteint des cadences de fabrication de <strong
