Con\u00e7u comme un syst\u00e8me ferroviaire \u00e0 hautes performances destin\u00e9 au transport m\u00e9tropolitain et interurbain, le projet vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire significativement les temps de parcours entre les deux agglom\u00e9rations, tout en augmentant la capacit\u00e9 du transport public et en diminuant la congestion de l\u2019un des corridors routiers les plus fr\u00e9quent\u00e9s du pays. L\u2019infrastructure compl\u00e8te s\u2019\u00e9tend sur environ <strong data-start=\"666\" data-end=\"683\">58 kilom\u00e8tres<\/strong>, combinant des viaducs a\u00e9riens, des tunnels et des sections en surface<span aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchor\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"795\" data-end=\"1590\">Le premier tron\u00e7on du projet comprend <strong data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"845\">36,15 km<\/strong>, dont environ <strong data-start=\"860\" data-end=\"894\">32 km sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur viaduc<\/strong>, constituant l\u2019une des plus importantes infrastructures ferroviaires a\u00e9riennes d\u2019Am\u00e9rique latine. La ligne a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour une <strong data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1071\">vitesse maximale d\u2019exploitation de 160 km\/h<\/strong> et comprend <strong data-start=\"1084\" data-end=\"1139\">quatre stations a\u00e9riennes de 200 m\u00e8tres de longueur<\/strong>, dimensionn\u00e9es pour accueillir des trains de grande capacit\u00e9. L\u2019infrastructure est compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par le <strong data-start=\"1240\" data-end=\"1272\">tunnel bitube de La Marquesa<\/strong>, d\u2019une longueur de <strong data-start=\"1292\" data-end=\"1302\">4,6 km<\/strong>, ainsi que par le tron\u00e7on final <strong data-start=\"1335\" data-end=\"1372\">La Marquesa \u2013 Gare d\u2019Observatorio<\/strong>, de <strong data-start=\"1377\" data-end=\"1388\">17,3 km<\/strong>, dont les conditions g\u00e9otechniques et l\u2019environnement urbain particuli\u00e8rement contraignant ont n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 des solutions structurelles de tr\u00e8s haut niveau technique<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1592\" data-end=\"2255\" class=\"\">Du point de vue des armatures, le projet a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 l\u2019une des plus importantes r\u00e9alisations internationales d\u2019<strong data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1447\"><span style=\"color: #0a626c;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">ERSIGROUP<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/strong>. La construction des viaducs, des stations, des fondations profondes, des piles, des chev\u00eatres, des tabliers et des diff\u00e9rents ouvrages en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 la fabrication industrialis\u00e9e et l\u2019approvisionnement continu d\u2019armatures de g\u00e9om\u00e9trie particuli\u00e8rement complexe. Par ailleurs, l\u2019utilisation de <strong data-start=\"2024\" data-end=\"2058\">manchons m\u00e9caniques d\u2019\u00e9pissure<\/strong> a permis d\u2019optimiser le raccordement des barres de grand diam\u00e8tre dans les \u00e9l\u00e9ments fortement sollicit\u00e9s, am\u00e9liorant \u00e0 la fois les performances d\u2019ex\u00e9cution et la qualit\u00e9 structurelle de l\u2019ouvrage<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2257\" data-end=\"3025\"><strong data-start=\"2257\" data-end=\"2270\"><span style=\"color: #0a626c;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">ERSIGROUP<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la <strong data-start=\"2288\" data-end=\"2377\">fourniture, \u00e0 la fabrication et au montage d\u2019environ 50 000 tonnes d\u2019acier d\u2019armature<\/strong>, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la fourniture et \u00e0 l\u2019installation de <strong data-start=\"2427\" data-end=\"2461\">manchons m\u00e9caniques d\u2019\u00e9pissure<\/strong>, en d\u00e9veloppant des solutions d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie destin\u00e9es \u00e0 optimiser la consommation d\u2019acier, \u00e0 industrialiser la fabrication des armatures et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de montage.
