Cette infrastructure a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue afin d\u2019augmenter la capacit\u00e9 de la ligne, de supprimer trois passages \u00e0 niveau et d\u2019adapter le trac\u00e9 \u00e0 une <strong data-start=\"408\" data-end=\"441\">vitesse de projet de 220 km\/h<\/strong>. D\u2019une <strong data-start=\"449\" data-end=\"486\">longueur totale de 3 221,7 m\u00e8tres<\/strong>, le viaduc franchit \u00e0 deux reprises le fleuve Guadalete et sa plaine inondable, tout en limitant l\u2019impact environnemental gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un tablier constitu\u00e9 de poutres pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9es permettant des port\u00e9es atteignant <strong data-start=\"697\" data-end=\"710\">49 m\u00e8tres<\/strong><span aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchor\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"751\" data-end=\"1397\">La principale difficult\u00e9 technique du projet r\u00e9sidait dans les fondations profondes, r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur une couche de sols compressibles de plus de <strong data-start=\"894\" data-end=\"919\">25 m\u00e8tres d\u2019\u00e9paisseur<\/strong>, insuffisamment r\u00e9sistante pour reprendre les efforts horizontaux g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par le trafic ferroviaire. Afin de garantir la rigidit\u00e9 de l\u2019ensemble sol\u2013fondation, de grands massifs de fondation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us sur des groupes de <strong data-start=\"1144\" data-end=\"1191\">cinq pieux for\u00e9s de 2,00 m\u00e8tres de diam\u00e8tre<\/strong>, d\u2019une longueur comprise entre <strong data-start=\"1223\" data-end=\"1242\">39 et 54 m\u00e8tres<\/strong>. Les pieux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s sous <strong data-start=\"1276\" data-end=\"1303\">tubage m\u00e9tallique perdu<\/strong> jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019atteinte du substratum de marnes comp\u00e9tentes<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"2210\">Du point de vue des armatures, ce projet a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 l\u2019un des ouvrages ferroviaires les plus exigeants r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par <span style=\"color: #0a626c;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">ERSIGROUP<\/span><\/b><\/span>. Les cages d\u2019armatures des pieux ont atteint des densit\u00e9s exceptionnelles pouvant aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong data-start=\"1626\" data-end=\"1676\">1 200 kg d\u2019acier d\u2019armature par m\u00e8tre lin\u00e9aire<\/strong>, avec des configurations comprenant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong data-start=\"1721\" data-end=\"1757\">158 barres longitudinales \u00d832 mm<\/strong> en t\u00eate de pieu et des <strong data-start=\"1781\" data-end=\"1815\">cadres \u00d816 mm espac\u00e9s de 70 mm<\/strong>. Les cages d\u2019armatures atteignaient un poids d\u2019environ <strong data-start=\"1871\" data-end=\"1884\">15 tonnes<\/strong>, tandis que les pieux enti\u00e8rement ferraill\u00e9s pouvaient repr\u00e9senter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong data-start=\"1960\" data-end=\"1975\">31,2 tonnes<\/strong>. Ces dimensions ont n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019\u00e9quipements sp\u00e9cifiques de fabrication ainsi que de proc\u00e9dures particuli\u00e8res pour le transport, le levage et le montage des armatures sur chantier<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2212\" data-end=\"3135\"><strong data-start=\"2212\" data-end=\"2225\"><span style=\"color: #0a626c;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">ERSIGROUP<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0a assur\u00e9 la fourniture, la fabrication et le montage des armatures destin\u00e9es aux pieux, aux massifs de fondation et aux piles du viaduc. Toutes les cages d\u2019armatures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9es en atelier dans des conditions industrielles contr\u00f4l\u00e9es puis livr\u00e9es sur chantier pr\u00eates \u00e0 \u00eatre mises en \u0153uvre, garantissant une grande pr\u00e9cision g\u00e9om\u00e9trique pour le raccordement vertical des diff\u00e9rents tron\u00e7ons et facilitant la r\u00e9alisation des complexes n\u0153uds d\u2019armatures entre les pieux et les massifs de fondation.
