Situ\u00e9 dans la commune de <strong data-start=\"344\" data-end=\"368\">Cudillero (Asturies)<\/strong>, le viaduc a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour franchir la vall\u00e9e de la Concha de Artedo au moyen d\u2019un ouvrage de grande port\u00e9e, adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 une topographie particuli\u00e8rement accident\u00e9e. Avec une <strong data-start=\"542\" data-end=\"577\">longueur d\u2019environ 1 200 m\u00e8tres<\/strong> et une <strong data-start=\"585\" data-end=\"619\">hauteur maximale de 110 m\u00e8tres<\/strong>, il est devenu, au moment de sa mise en service, le viaduc le plus long et le plus haut jamais construit dans les Asturies<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ouvrage est constitu\u00e9 de <strong data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"845\">seize piles et dix-sept trav\u00e9es<\/strong>, avec des port\u00e9es atteignant <strong data-start=\"875\" data-end=\"888\">75 m\u00e8tres<\/strong> et des piles dont la hauteur varie de <strong data-start=\"927\" data-end=\"946\">20 \u00e0 104 m\u00e8tres<\/strong>. Le tablier a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 selon la technique des <strong data-start=\"996\" data-end=\"1036\">voussoirs pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9<\/strong>, comprenant un total de <strong data-start=\"1061\" data-end=\"1078\">574 voussoirs<\/strong> d\u2019un poids unitaire compris entre <strong data-start=\"1113\" data-end=\"1132\">57 et 75 tonnes<\/strong>. Le montage du tablier a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9 au moyen d\u2019une <strong data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1223\">poutre de lancement auto-lanceuse<\/strong>, capable de mettre en place des voussoirs pesant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1294\">65 tonnes<\/strong>, selon la m\u00e9thode des encorbellements successifs, garantissant une grande pr\u00e9cision g\u00e9om\u00e9trique et des performances \u00e9lev\u00e9es pour les ouvrages de grande port\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0a626c;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">ERSIGROUP<\/span><\/b><\/span> a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la fourniture, \u00e0 la fabrication et au montage des armatures destin\u00e9es aux pieux, semelles sur pieux, piles, voussoirs pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s et consoles du tablier. La r\u00e9p\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments structurels a permis de d\u00e9velopper des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s avanc\u00e9s d\u2019industrialisation et d\u2019optimisation des armatures. Chaque voussoir a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 un important travail d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie de d\u00e9tail et de fa\u00e7onnage des armatures afin de concilier les fortes densit\u00e9s d\u2019acier avec le passage des gaines de pr\u00e9contrainte, garantissant ainsi l\u2019assemblage pr\u00e9cis des segments lors du montage du tablier. Les armatures compl\u00e9mentaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9es industriellement et livr\u00e9es avec des plans d\u00e9taill\u00e9s de montage, optimisant aussi bien la production que l\u2019ex\u00e9cution sur chantier<\/p>\n<p>Les fondations profondes des piles centrales ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es au moyen de groupes de <strong data-start=\"2393\" data-end=\"2411\">16 pieux for\u00e9s<\/strong> atteignant <strong data-start=\"2423\" data-end=\"2448\">40 m\u00e8tres de longueur<\/strong>, arm\u00e9s par des cages d\u2019armatures de <strong data-start=\"2485\" data-end=\"2507\">1,85 m de diam\u00e8tre<\/strong>. Certains massifs de fondation ont incorpor\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong data-start=\"2561\" data-end=\"2594\">240 tonnes d\u2019acier d\u2019armature<\/strong> et n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 le coulage de <strong data-start=\"2622\" data-end=\"2643\">1 000 m\u00b3 de b\u00e9ton<\/strong> en une seule phase de b\u00e9tonnage. Afin d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des piles, un syst\u00e8me de <strong data-start=\"2731\" data-end=\"2768\">panneaux d\u2019armatures pr\u00e9assembl\u00e9s<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9, comprenant quatre panneaux pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s pour chaque lev\u00e9e de <strong data-start=\"2847\" data-end=\"2870\">5 m\u00e8tres de hauteur<\/strong>, ensuite lev\u00e9s \u00e0 la grue et assembl\u00e9s sur site au moyen de pi\u00e8ces sp\u00e9ciales d\u2019angle.
