Le projet a consist\u00e9 en la construction d\u2019un <strong data-start=\"397\" data-end=\"455\">tunnel artificiel en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 de 1 770 m de longueur<\/strong>, compos\u00e9 d\u2019une <strong data-start=\"471\" data-end=\"511\">section \u00e0 quatre galeries parall\u00e8les<\/strong>. Deux galeries sont destin\u00e9es \u00e0 la circulation de la M-111, tandis que les deux autres sont r\u00e9serv\u00e9es aux circulations internes de l\u2019a\u00e9roport ainsi qu\u2019aux r\u00e9seaux et installations techniques<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"1367\">Du point de vue des armatures, l\u2019ouvrage a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un d\u00e9fi technique majeur en raison de sa g\u00e9om\u00e9trie particuli\u00e8re et des sollicitations exceptionnelles g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par l\u2019exploitation a\u00e9roportuaire. La structure a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue au moyen d\u2019un ensemble constitu\u00e9 de <strong data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1051\">vo\u00fbtes, radiers invers\u00e9s et voiles lat\u00e9raux<\/strong>, tous r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en <strong data-start=\"1070\" data-end=\"1105\">b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 de 60 cm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur<\/strong>, dimensionn\u00e9s pour r\u00e9sister aux charges induites par le trafic routier lourd ainsi qu\u2019aux efforts transmis par le roulage, le d\u00e9collage et l\u2019atterrissage des a\u00e9ronefs circulant sur les pistes situ\u00e9es au-dessus de l\u2019ouvrage<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1369\" data-end=\"2132\"><strong data-start=\"1369\" data-end=\"1382\"><span style=\"color: #0a626c;\">ERSIGROUP<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la fourniture, \u00e0 la fabrication et au montage des armatures destin\u00e9es aux voiles, vo\u00fbtes, radiers invers\u00e9s, radiers de fondation et ouvrages de transition. Le respect des d\u00e9lais particuli\u00e8rement exigeants a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 la mise en \u0153uvre de solutions avanc\u00e9es d\u2019industrialisation et d\u2019optimisation des armatures. \u00c0 cette fin, un syst\u00e8me de <strong data-start=\"1733\" data-end=\"1809\">pr\u00e9fabrication de modules standardis\u00e9s d\u2019armatures pour voiles et vo\u00fbtes<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans une aire de pr\u00e9fabrication d\u00e9di\u00e9e avant leur mise en place par levage \u00e0 la grue. Certaines de ces cages pr\u00e9assembl\u00e9es d\u00e9passaient <strong data-start=\"1961\" data-end=\"1973\">5 tonnes<\/strong>, permettant une r\u00e9duction significative des temps de montage tout en am\u00e9liorant les conditions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur chantier<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2134\" data-end=\"3003\">Les solutions industrialis\u00e9es d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es par <strong data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"1341\"><span style=\"color: #0a626c;\">ERSIGROUP<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0ont permis de maintenir des <strong data-start=\"2222\" data-end=\"2282\">cycles de b\u00e9tonnage de 48 heures par chariot de coffrage<\/strong>, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de coffrages autoportants de <strong data-start=\"2335\" data-end=\"2355\">12 m de longueur<\/strong>, \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel pour atteindre les cadences pr\u00e9vues. En compl\u00e9ment, des <strong data-start=\"2431\" data-end=\"2511\">panneaux unidirectionnels industrialis\u00e9s int\u00e9grant des barres jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00d825 mm<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s pour les radiers et les voiles, garantissant la pr\u00e9cision du ferraillage et l\u2019optimisation des op\u00e9rations de pose.
