Elle relie la ville de S\u00e9ville aux communes de <strong data-start=\"225\" data-end=\"291\">Dos Hermanas, San Juan de Aznalfarache et Mairena del Aljarafe<\/strong> au moyen d\u2019une ligne de <strong data-start=\"316\" data-end=\"337\">18 km de longueur<\/strong> comprenant <strong data-start=\"349\" data-end=\"364\">22 stations<\/strong>, dont 15 souterraines et 7 de surface. L\u2019infrastructure combine tunnels, tranch\u00e9es couvertes, viaducs, stations souterraines et ouvrages sp\u00e9ciaux, avec environ <strong data-start=\"525\" data-end=\"556\">60 % du trac\u00e9 en souterrain<\/strong> et <strong data-start=\"560\" data-end=\"579\">40 % en surface<\/strong>, pour un total de <strong data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"648\">39,2 km de voies ferr\u00e9es et 11,2 km de tunnels<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"651\" data-end=\"1310\">Du point de vue des armatures, le projet a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un d\u00e9fi majeur en mati\u00e8re de planification, d\u2019industrialisation et de logistique en raison du grand nombre de fronts de travaux simultan\u00e9s et de la diversit\u00e9 des structures ex\u00e9cut\u00e9es. <span style=\"color: #0a626c;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">ERSIGROUP<\/span><\/b><\/span>\u00a0a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la fourniture, \u00e0 la fabrication et au montage des armatures destin\u00e9es aux stations, tunnels, tranch\u00e9es couvertes, parois moul\u00e9es, fondations profondes, p\u00f4les d\u2019\u00e9change, viaducs et voussoirs pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s destin\u00e9s au creusement au tunnelier. Au total, environ <strong data-start=\"1175\" data-end=\"1211\">50 100 tonnes d\u2019acier d\u2019armature<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en \u0153uvre pour les structures souterraines et les principaux ouvrages de g\u00e9nie civil<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"2087\">Les ouvrages les plus consommateurs d\u2019acier ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les <strong data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1480\">parois moul\u00e9es, les dalles de stations, les radiers de tunnels et les fondations sur pieux de grand diam\u00e8tre<\/strong>. La station embl\u00e9matique de <strong data-start=\"1509\" data-end=\"1528\">Puerta de Jerez<\/strong> s\u2019est distingu\u00e9e par la complexit\u00e9 de ses ouvrages de sout\u00e8nement et de fondation, r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sous le niveau de la nappe phr\u00e9atique et \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate du fleuve Guadalquivir. Sa construction a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 des pieux atteignant <strong data-start=\"1757\" data-end=\"1796\">45 m de longueur et 2 m de diam\u00e8tre<\/strong>, des parois moul\u00e9es jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong data-start=\"1825\" data-end=\"1847\">44 m de profondeur<\/strong> ainsi que des cages d\u2019armatures \u00e0 triple nappe int\u00e9grant des barres jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong data-start=\"1924\" data-end=\"1934\">\u00d832 mm<\/strong>. \u00c0 elle seule, cette station a consomm\u00e9 environ <strong data-start=\"1983\" data-end=\"2018\">5 500 tonnes d\u2019acier d\u2019armature<\/strong>, dont pr\u00e8s de <strong data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2049\">2 000 tonnes<\/strong> pour les pieux et les parois moul\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2089\" data-end=\"2834\">Le projet comprend \u00e9galement plusieurs ouvrages d\u2019art majeurs, notamment le <strong data-start=\"2165\" data-end=\"2205\">Pont de San Juan sur le Guadalquivir<\/strong>, le <strong data-start=\"2210\" data-end=\"2232\">Viaduc du Guada\u00edra<\/strong> et le <strong data-start=\"2239\" data-end=\"2279\">Viaduc de l\u2019autoroute S\u00e9ville\u2013Utrera<\/strong>, o\u00f9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s des pieux de grand diam\u00e8tre, des piles atteignant <strong data-start=\"2351\" data-end=\"2370\">2 m de diam\u00e8tre<\/strong> ainsi que des armatures sp\u00e9ciales int\u00e9grant des barres jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong data-start=\"2434\" data-end=\"2444\">\u00d840 mm<\/strong>.
