D\u2019une longueur totale de <\/span><strong><span>8,62 km<\/span><\/strong><span>, le projet a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019importants travaux de terrassement, la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019ouvrages d\u2019art majeurs, d\u2019ouvrages de drainage ainsi que le r\u00e9tablissement des r\u00e9seaux affect\u00e9s, garantissant les conditions g\u00e9om\u00e9triques et fonctionnelles requises pour l\u2019exploitation ferroviaire \u00e0 grande vitesse<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Parmi les structures les plus remarquables figurent le <\/span><strong><span>Viaduc sur le fleuve Tage<\/span><\/strong><span>, d\u2019une longueur d\u2019environ <\/span><strong><span>1 060 m<\/span><\/strong><span>, le <\/span><strong><span>Viaduc franchissant la ligne ferroviaire Aranjuez\u2013Alc\u00e1zar de San Juan<\/span><\/strong><span>, de <\/span><strong><span>145 m<\/span><\/strong><span>, ainsi que le <\/span><strong><span>Tunnel Artificiel Dehesa Nueva del Rey<\/span><\/strong><span>, d\u2019une longueur de <\/span><strong><span>1 000 m<\/span><\/strong><span> et de grande section. Ces ouvrages ont concentr\u00e9 une part importante des travaux de b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 et des fondations profondes r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans le cadre du projet<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1290\" data-end=\"2056\"><span style=\"color: #0a626c;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">ERSIGROUP <\/span><\/b><\/span><span>a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la fourniture, \u00e0 la fabrication et au montage des armatures destin\u00e9es aux pieux, piles, tabliers de viaducs, pi\u00e9droits et vo\u00fbtes du tunnel artificiel. L\u2019ampleur du projet a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 la mise en \u0153uvre de proc\u00e9d\u00e9s industrialis\u00e9s de pr\u00e9fabrication et de pr\u00e9montage des armatures, permettant d\u2019optimiser l\u2019ex\u00e9cution d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments r\u00e9p\u00e9titifs de grande dimension, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les rendements de montage et de garantir des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de qualit\u00e9 et de tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>La pr\u00e9fabrication des armatures de la vo\u00fbte et des pi\u00e9droits du tunnel artificiel, ainsi que celle des cages d\u2019armatures grimpantes destin\u00e9es aux piles du Viaduc du Tage, a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans l\u2019atteinte de cadences de production \u00e9lev\u00e9es sur le chantier.
