With a total length of <strong>11.2 km<\/strong>, the alignment crosses a rugged topography that required the construction of major underground structures and viaducts to meet the stringent geometric requirements of high-speed rail infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>The project included the construction of three main tunnels: <strong>La Cabrera Tunnel<\/strong>, with a length of <strong>7,157 m<\/strong>, <strong>Siete Aguas Tunnel<\/strong>, measuring <strong>424 m<\/strong>, and <strong>Bu\u00f1ol Tunnel<\/strong>, with a length of <strong>191 m<\/strong>. In addition, two significant viaducts were executed, including the <strong>Masseguer Ravine Viaduct<\/strong>, measuring <strong>224 m<\/strong> in length, and the <strong>Rambla del Gallo Viaduct<\/strong>, with a total length of <strong>50 m<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0a626c;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">ERSIGROUP<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/strong> participated in the supply, fabrication and installation of reinforcement steel for tunnels, viaducts, auxiliary structures and precast tunnel lining segments. The high production demands of the project required the implementation of industrialized manufacturing processes, reinforcement optimization and preassembly systems, enabling improved construction productivity while maintaining stringent quality standards.<\/p>\n<p>Particularly noteworthy were the reinforcement cages manufactured for the false tunnel vaults, the viaduct structures and the large-scale production of reinforcement for precast segments used in tunnel boring machine (TBM) excavation works.
