Bullarque Canal<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Developed in Ciudad Real, it forms part of a major water management project aimed at modernising the irrigation infrastructure and ensuring a sustainable water supply for Ciudad Real and the surrounding region. The works involved lining 18.5 kilometres of canal with steel pipes measuring between 1.8 and 2.2 metres in diameter, encased in concrete and subsequently covered with earth. Thanks to this project, direct water savings of over 7 hm\u00b3 were achieved<\/p>\n Given the linear and repetitive nature of the infrastructure, ERSIGROUP<\/span><\/b><\/span>\u00a0opted to use prefabricated reinforcement consisting of custom-folded electro-welded panels, a solution specifically designed to optimise construction processes in water conduits. This approach made it possible to significantly reduce construction times, simplify assembly and minimise the need for manual labour on site<\/p>\n Industrialised manufacturing ensured high geometric precision, full traceability of the corrugated steel and enhanced quality control throughout all stages of production and assembly.
